Schlesinger Associates makes double French acquisition

FRANCE— US-based data collection and fieldwork agency Schlesinger Associates has acquired two companies in France, ConsuMed Research and Passerelles.

ConsuMed offers fieldwork and data collection services for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market research industry while Passerelles runs two viewing facilities in the central Paris.

Eric Nalpas (pictured), the previous owner and managing director of ConsuMed, has been given the role of managing both companies. He said: “The fusion of the ConsuMed and Passerelles teams, who have long been close industry colleagues, blends the best of our research services for the benefit of our clients in France and around the world.”

Schlesinger associates president Mike Sullivan added: “ConsuMed Research and Passerelles are an exceptional business and cultural fit and we value the employee data collection skills, local knowledge and premier facilities that Eric and his team bring to this initiative and look forward to the development of our services in France under Eric’s leadership.”
