US — Rubicon Project has announced four new hires to its senior leadership team.
Anthony Katsur (pictured) has joined as senior vice president, business operations. He most recently served as CEO of Maxifier, but has also worked at MediaMath and DoubleClick.
Mari Kim Novak has been hired as senior vice president of global advertising solutions, having spent nine years as global head of marketing for Microsoft Advertising.
Other new hires are Ryan Polley (senior vice president, business development) and Shekhar Yadav (senior vice president, open platform). Polley comes from comScore, where he was senior vice president; Yadav previously led the big data BI team at Google.
Rubicon Project operates an independent real-time trading platform for digital advertising.
