Dig Insights releases data storytelling feature

CANADA – Tech-enabled insights company Dig Insights has launched an AI tool to help turn data into stories.

The tool, called Storyteller, is a feature embedded directly into Dig Insights’ Upsiide platform and is trained on the firm’s own strategic and creative frameworks, as well as real client work, presentations and structured thinking from across the business.

The tool turns data into stakeholder-ready stories, and has been piloted wit external clients, as well as being used across internal teams.

Frank Beirne, chief technology officer at Dig Insights, said: “We didn’t just plug into a generic models – we trained Storyteller on how we actually work.

“It captures our instincts. How we write, how we build narratives, how we structure insights that land. This isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about setting a new bar for how tech can support real storytelling in research.”
