Leadership changes at VideoAmp

US – Advertising technology company VideoAmp has appointed Peter Liguori as chief executive and made several changes to its leadership team.

Boardroom

Liguori has served as executive chairman at VideoAmp since 2023 and been a member of the company’s board for five years.

VideoAmp has also promoted Bryan Goski to chief revenue officer, overseeing client partnerships and customer success across agencies, brands and media owners.

Sharon Lee has become chief legal officer, while Megan Opp has joined as chief people officer.

Dustin Jackson has been appointed as chief technology officer, having formerly been senior vice-president of engineering at Celonis and vice-president of engineering at Google, where he led advertising planning and customer engagement.

VideoAmp board member Pete Fisher, senior managing director at Vista Credit Partners, added: “Peter’s strategic vision, combined with the strength of the new leadership team, ensures VideoAmp is well-positioned to drive innovation and deliver for clients in a rapidly evolving industry.”
