RSB Insights & Analytics expands senior team

As part of the changes, RSB has appointed Vidya Sen (pictured) as chief executive officer, India, Southeast Asia and Middle East & Africa.
In the expanded role, Sen will lead the company’s delivery, operations and local innovation in those regions. Sen joined the company from NIQ Bases earlier this year as client lead and during her career has held senior roles at Ipsos and Nielsen.
Vidyotham Reddi has been appointed as chief analytics officer, based in the US. He has previously held brand-side data and analytics roles at General Mills, Mars and AT&T, as well as Nielsen.
Bernice Klaassen has also joined the company as senior director, EU. Before establishing a sustainability-focused research practice in Europe, Klaassen held client-side insights roles at Citi in Singapore and led digital practices for Ipsos, Kantar and TNS in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Rasik Mhatre, founder of RSB Insights & Analytics, said: “By centralising our talent into focused regional and analytical pillars, we are empowering our teams to lead the charge in AI integration and deep-tech insights.”
