Managing director Emily Kettle introduced Her Royal Highness to a wide range of staff, clients and guests during her visit.

The visit ended in a reception, where Her Royal Highness was introduced to clients and guests representing local schools, colleges and businesses.

In a speech by Facts International’s CEO Crispin Beale, Facts International gifted a research project to one of The Countess of Wessex’s patron charities and invited her to unveil a commemorative plaque.

Jane Frost, CEO, Market Research Society, said: “It’s great to see the recognition that this event gave to the industry. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to be able to tell HRH about the success of the UK research sector, in the context of Facts’ significant anniversary.”
