Roig joins Altiant as client services lead
Based in London, Roig (pictured) joins Altiant from online fieldwork business Research Interactive, where he has held the role of director since 2010. Prior to that, his experience includes The ID Factor and Ipsos Interactive.
In the newly created role, he will oversee strategic client projects, lead the servicing strategy and assess new technologies and methodologies to meet requirements.
Altiant has also expanded its operations team, appointing Emelie Ingvarsson as product development manager. Based in the company’s Stockholm headquarters, she will assist in the technical development of the LuxuryOpinions community platform.
In Sofia, Bulgaria, Miroslava Boeva has joined the global panel recruitment team, Mariya Boycheva has been appointed as support and validation coordinator, and Atanas Kostadinov has been appointed as project manager.
Lars Long, chief executive and founder of Altiant, said: “This hiring boost adds both customisation and scalability to our core service offerings. This enables us to be even more relevant in the international and fast growing context of affluent fieldwork. Our clients, recruitment partners and panellists all stand to benefit from this phase of growth.”
