UK— River Research has posted an increase in sales of almost £1m for the last financial year ending 31 May.
2011 sales were up from £1.6m to £2.5m and the firm said that it had seen a “very positive start” to the new financial year, with billings already close to £1m in the first quarter alone.
Over the past year the firm has built a new viewing and usability studio in central London and is now eyeing up international work.
Founder Joe Brown (pictured) said: “Growth has come from a variety of sectors and new and existing clients. The last 12 months have brought about many new opportunities, both globally and domestically, and our growth has far exceeded our expectations. Getting the new office and studio up and running has been a lot of fun and we’re now looking to overseas expansion – most likely the US – as the next big step.”
