US— Richard Day Research (RDR) has expanded its software deal with Confirmit to add CATI capabilities to its web interviewing and reporting platform.
Agency boss Richard Day said the addition of the CATI module would streamline the work of interviewers as they would “no longer need to switch between a different CATI programme and Confirmit”.
RDR works in financial, government, political and healthcare sectors on communications campaigns, problem-solving and forecasting projects.
