US — Digital data collection provider Research Now has promoted Melanie Courtright to lead the company’s operational team in the Americas.
Courtright has been appointed senior vice-president of client services in the Americas and will also serve as a member of the company’s global client services leadership team, focusing on key areas of global coordination and alignment across the various business functions.
Managing Director for the Americas Craig Stevens said: “Given Melanie’s experience across various research functions and methodologies, she is perfectly suited to ensure that Research Now continues to delight clients.”
