UK— Research Now is launching a three-pronged assault on the mobile phone survey market under the banner of ‘Momentum’.
The online fieldwork specialist has developed a quick poll offering based around text messaging while longer-form online questionnaires can be carried out using a phone’s WAP, GPRS or 3G connection.
But the firm says it is most excited by its mobile application, which respondents can download and use to take part in short surveys.
The application has already been made available to Research Now’s UK panellists with a worldwide rollout set to follow.
CEO Chris Havemann said: “Projects commissioned to date have proven a great success; this looks set to continue as researchers search for new and innovative means of engaging modern-day audiences.”
