Under the deal, RADiUS-TWC, which is The Weinstein Company’s first studio division dedicated to multi-platform distribution – will gain access to Rentrak’s on-demand measurement currency and be able to gather insights into the video on demand and internet video-on-demand markets.
Cathy Hetzel, corporate president and president of advanced media and information at Rentrak, said: “Rentrak is excited to build a new relationship with RADiUS-TWC as they use OnDemand Essentials and Digital Download Essentials for innovative distribution strategies that make marquee content available where, when and how consumers want.”
