Remesh hires VP of people science

Caputo joins the company from consulting company Mercer, where he was a senior consultant. He has previously held human resource and research roles at the United Nations and Columbia Business School.

Leading the people science team at Remesh, he will expand the employee engagement offer, helping to inform product development and optimisation to support HR clients. He will also work on growing the company’s culture.
