Red C partners with Cemantica on customer experience

IRELAND – Research agency Red C has partnered with customer journey management platform Cemantica to offer combined customer experience (CX) services.

France-headquartered Cemantica’s platform is used by companies to build and manage CX programmes.

Through the agreement, the two will combine Cemantica’s CX technology with Red C’s consultancy in setting up and analysing voice of the customer programmes.

Joint services will include designing CX strategies, building persona profiles, mapping customer journeys and collecting customer feedback.

Further terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Ciara Reilly, director, Red C, said: “Having worked alongside Cemantica since 2020 and experiencing first-hand its great work and unique system capabilities, we feel that this partnership will bring something new and dynamic to the market that will help businesses become and remain customer-centric.”

Red C was recently acquired by Irish media, events and data business the Business Post Group.
