RealityMine appoints Spaeth and Sylvester
Jim Spaeth will now be chief product officer and Alice K. Sylvester takes on the chief growth officer role at RealityMine, having worked as strategic advisors for the company since it bought their company TouchPoints in 2013.
Spaeth and Sylvester were co-partners of Sequent Partners, a brand and media consultancy which was founded in 2003.
They also co-founded USA TouchPoints, which provides contextual and behavioural analytics through eDiary data collected on mobile devices. In 2008, they worked with the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) in the UK to build on their method for a syndicated research service that could address the changing patterns of media use.
TouchPoints was launched in 2011 with RealityMine providing the data collection technology which led to it acquiring USA TouchPoints.
RealityMine is expanding its passive mobile / behavioural data collection to 20 new markets worldwide, including China, India, the Philippines, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
