Biggs, previously head of sales and account management, has been made director business operations and Hazlehurst, who was head of strategic solutions, has been promoted to director of business development.

The promotions follow digital media company RhythmOne buying assets of RadiumOne in June this year. Biggs will be responsible for developing the go-to-market UK strategy for the combined capabilities of RhythmOne and RadiumOne.

Hazelhurst (pictured) will now lead the division servicing publishers in the UK. She will focus on continuing the roll out RadiumOne’s sharing, dark social and web analytics tools.

They both joined RadiumOne in 2014 and have worked with clients including eBay, Ford, O2 and Microsoft in that time.

Craig Tuck, managing director, said: “Louise and Emma are both phenomenal practitioners and will be instrumental in shaping our new value proposition – combining the strength of RhythmOne’s brand-safe supply with RadiumOne’s data-driven marketing solutions – while continuing to drive success for our clients by doing what we do best: creating connections that matter.”
