Quipper launches online qual platform

INDIA— Quipper Research has launched a new platform to carry out secure online qualitative work.

The firm said that the platform will allow moderators, respondents and clients to talk via webcam and text chat instead of meeting in viewing facilities – expanding reach, offer faster turnaround and eliminating travel costs.

Quipper co-founder Piyul Mukherjee said: “As the marketplace gets more complex, adding online as a tool enhances the richness and depth of data. When used alongside the usual face-to-face qualitative studies, it provides a 360-degree view of the consumers’ homes and lives.”

The firm is based in Mumbai and has been operating for more than 40 years.
