QuestionPro agrees SuiteCX acquisition

US – Online survey and research services firm QuestionPro has acquired customer experience (CX) and journey mapping platform company SuiteCX for an undisclosed fee.

The acquisition will see SuiteCX integrate into QuestionPro’s CX group as an operating subsidiary while maintaining a separate name and brand.

The companies said that bringing SuiteCX into QuestionPro’s market research platform would help improve its CX capabilities, such as understanding customer sentiment through surveys and analytics.

Ken Peterson, president of QuestionPro CX, said that the acquisition of SuiteCX would help its clients “see what is actually happening in practice along with the insights and tools to make the necessary changes”.

Valerie Peck, founder and chief executive of SuiteCX, said that the acquisition would help provide clients with “deeper, more informed data about what’s working and what’s not in the CX journey”.
