In the newly created role, Munro will manage Pyramid’s customer success function globally, with responsibility for the performance and growth of the programme.

Based in London, Munro has previously held senior positions at Fico, Medallia and Rosslyn Data Technologies.

Pyramid Analytics has offices in Tel Aviv, Amsterdam and the US. The company’s decision intelligence platform combines business analytics and data science, offering organisations self-service access to business insights.
