PSB Insights appoints chief client officer

US – Global market research consultancy PSB Insights has named Christopher Frank as chief client officer.

Frank (pictured) will join PSB Insights’ executive team and will be tasked with building on the company’s work and partnerships with clients.

Before taking up his new role, Frank had experience working at firms such as Microsoft, American Express and Accenture.

Frank is also co-director of Columbia Business School’s Leading in a Data-Driven World: Developing Quantitative Intuition programme and serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

Dave Gordon, chief executive officer at PSB Insights, said: “We are delighted to have Chris leading our research and growth teams here at PSB.

“In his career Chris has designed, executed and led over $200m in research projects.  This depth of experience with informing business decisions within some of the world’s most recognised brands will undoubtedly drive innovation within our current and future client partnerships.”
