PSB Insights appoints marketing lead
McCauley (pictured), who has worked at PSB since 2014, will join the company’s executive team, working with chief executive Dave Gordon.
McCauley has held various roles at PSB, most recently leading a team of researchers working in marketing and communications insight and customer/user experience research.
During her career, she has also held roles at Kelton (now Material+) and was involved in leading a customer satisfaction programme within the office of information at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
In her new role, McCauley will lead efforts to amplify the impact of the business and reach a broader audience.
Gordon said: “Colleen has been a huge contributor to PSB during her many years with our company, and we are excited to have her lead our marketing efforts. Her appointment underscores PSB’s commitment to further solidifying our position in the insights industry. Her knowledge of our category’s evolution and her passion for communication will be a major asset to PSB.”
PSB is headquartered in Washington, DC, and has several offices in the US, as well as in London and Dubai.
