Promotions at BVA BDRC businesses Perspective and ESA Retail

The company has promoted Jade On to commercial director. In her new role, Jade will oversee all commercial activities, including client acquisition, project management, revenue generation and client satisfaction. She also joins the Perspective board.

Henri Dubier has been promoted to client services director, and also joins the board. He will lead the client services team, overseeing quality and service delivery.

Perspective has also promoted Darren Fisher and Tosin Igborn to associate directors.

Elsewhere in BVA BDRC, mystery shopping and auditing business ESA Retail has appointed its operations director Chris Kennedy to the company’s board of directors.
