Post Office’s Pam Clark named Chime research director

UK— The Post Office’s former head of customer strategy Pam Clark has joined Chime’s Insight and Engagement Group as a research director.

In her role at the Post Office, Clark (pictured) carried out consumer segmentation, complaints monitoring and market and competitor intelligence.

Before her time there she held key roles at PwC and Midland Bank/HSBC.

Clark’s arrival at Chime will strengthen the quantitative financial services practice, the firm said.
