Phebi launches respondent voice capture

The software, aimed at organisations conducting CATI surveys, can be installed by interviewers on their computers, while using any CATI platform.
‘Phebi Real Time Response Capture’ transcribes what respondents say and adds the transcription into the survey platform.
Mike Page, Phebi’s co-founder and chief executive, said the tool “It improves data quality and operating margins by using voice tech to replace a time-consuming, error-prone manual process”.
The company said the software removes the need for interviewers to take notes or to use time after the call to type in their recollection of what was said.
