Perceptyx relaunches employee insights platform

US – Employee survey and people analytics business Perceptyx has updated its analytics platform following the acquisition of employee feedback tool Waggl.

The platform builds on the company’s existing technology and combines surveys, employee listening, sentiment analysis and crowdsourcing tools.

Users can design and implement ad-hoc surveys using a self-service tool and source ideas from employees through the feedback tool integrated from Waggl.

Last year, Perceptyx bought Kantar’s employee insights division to bolster its platform and benchmark database, and in July this year, announced it had acquired Waggl and CultureIQ, a tool to assess company culture.

John Borland, chief executive, Perceptyx, said: “In the current environment, organisations want a new way to engage their people in continuous conversations on a global scale. They need an ongoing exchange of feedback and ideas, and the means to efficiently analyse and interpret thousands of interactions.”
