US – Kantar has sold its employee insights business to employee survey and people analytics firm Perceptyx.
Perceptyx, which was founded in 2003, said that the acquisition would strengthen its people analytics platform and further improve its benchmark database.
Perceptyx combines employee survey data with people analytics, run through an interactive dashboard.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
John Borland, chief executive and co-founder of Perceptyx, said: “Today’s news means that Perceptyx is even more strongly and uniquely positioned to help customers drive their businesses forward.”
