The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research and consumer insight industry. This week: Harris Interactive, Clarity Strategic Research, Evolution Market Research, IFM Sports Marketing Surveys, Twelve Thirty Eight, Manthan Systems and Bonamy Finch.

COLIN DELLER has joined Harris Interactive in the UK as senior consultant for new product development. He joins the agency from Millward Brown where he was a business consultant within the marketing sciences team. Before that, Deller worked at Research International where he specialised in NPD and innovation research.

Clarity Strategic Research in Australia has appointed SAM BLAXLAND as a director to work in the B2B, FMCG, telecoms, finance and retail sectors. Blaxland joins the firm from Arnold & Bolingbroke, where he was director of qual research, and previously worked on both the client and agency side with spells at Lend Lease and Jigsaw Strategic Research.

MICHAEL HEASLEY has been promoted to partner at Evolution Market Research in the US. He has been with the firm since 2008 and goes from serving as director and chief methodologist to partner and director of quantitative research.

IFM Sports Marketing Surveys in the UK has appointed OLIVER FRENZEL to fill the newly created role of head of neuromarketing. Frenzel was most recently a brand consultant and consumer insights specialist at Nymphenburg Consult Group in Germany.

JEREMY DUNCAN has joined strategic communications consultancy Twelve Thirty Eight in the UK as director of strategy and services. He moves to the company from brand consultancy Radius where he was managing director. The firm has also appointed CLARE WADE, who was previously a market research executive at HPI and an account planner at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, as a research associate.

Business intelligence and analytics provider Manthan Systems has appointed PATROCLOS PRASINOS to lead its newly-opened office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He joins the firm from JDA Software, where he was general director for Brazil.

GISELLE HILLMAN has been promoted to associate director from analysis manager at analytics agency Bonamy Finch in the UK. The firm has appointed JIGNESH SUTAR to serve as its new analysis manager.
