Essential Research in the UK has hired NILS ARNOLD as director of quantitative research. Arnold was most recently at Mindshare and has held senior roles at Ipsos Mori, S:CV and Dunnhumby in the past.
AMER LOTAY has been appointed project manager at Lightspeed Research in the UK. He joins from MarketTools where he was project implementation manager.
RDSI has promoted JENNI WELLING and JOHN HORGAN to senior research executives. The firm has also moved to a new office in Leeds in the north of England.
PETER SHREEVE has been appointed senior consultant in financial services research at Harris Interactive in the UK. He joins from Frost & Sullivan where he was director of customer research.
GfK NOP in the UK has hired ANDREAS GUHL as director of its Market Access Centre. He was previously director of the Health Outcomes Unit at NHS Innovations London.
FRITZ JORDAN has been appointed principle analyst in the consumer mobility team at ABI Research in the US. He was most recently at Freescale Semiconductor where he was senior product manager for mobile consumer platforms.
UK automotive research agency Sewells has appointed JACQUI BARKER to lead its client relationship management operations. She was previously at industry publication Fleet News. The firm has also added SARAH TOOZE, also formerly of Fleet News, to its research team.
Spanish online panel provider Netquest has appointed VIKTOR BERGH as account director. He joins the firm from Research Now where he was associate client development director.
US healthcare data analytics agency Qforma has appointed CARL KUNZ, KEITH MANGAS and CHRIS ROFIDAL as business development executives. Kunz was previously vice president of sales operations at Baxter Healthcare, Mangas has worked at Warner Lambert, Wolters Kluwer Health and SDI while Rofidal has had spells at Reliant Pharmaceuticals and GTX.
Former Synovate Turkey directors BASAK ERTUNC BIYIKLI, DIDEM OKUMUSOGLU and HUSEYIN TAPINC have launched a new agency, Sia Insight, to focus on providing strategic marketing research to clients in Turkey.
Razor Research in the UK has appointed ANDY COOPER as an associate director. He joins the agency from The Nursery and previously worked in the specialist markets qual team at TNS.
Hall & Partners has appointed CLARISSA GUENGANT DEL PUP to lead its new healthcare office, which is based in Paris.
