Ovative Group appoints consulting VP
In his role at Ovative, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, Gohs will be tasked with leading clients to help them understand, analyse and activate their first-party data and improve customer experience.
Gohs has around 25 years of experience creating and leading teams at companies including US clothing brands Lands’ End, LOFT and Ann Taylor.
Working at these brands, he headed up digital transformation including e-commerce and mobile strategy, customer segmentation and personalisation, advanced measurement and media activation.
In his role as VP of consulting, he will report to Jo Hamburge, SVP of consulting at Ovative.
Hamburge said: "One of the biggest opportunities facing our clients is the ability to harness first-party data – to determine customer and audience segments, develop marketing and activation strategies, and ultimately, grow customer engagement and enterprise revenue.
"I am very excited for the expertise Eric brings to our strong team, and I am confident our clients and team will benefit greatly from his leadership."
