ORC International wins Yo! Sushi contract
The survey will be fielded in all Yo! Sushi restaurants ( 42 in the UK and 15 abroad), gauging customer reaction to food, drink, service and the overall restaurant experience.
ORC International will make survey results and customer verbatims available to Yo! Sushi through a bespoke website.
A pilot study is currently in motion and the agency expects the full survey to go live in January.
A website address printed on the back of till receipts will point customers towards the survey with the incentive of winning an iPod Nano.

Please correct and change the restaurant name, as it is Brand. YO! Sushi should always be with a capital "O". Thanks
