UK— Mobile phone network Orange has hired Verve to build, manage and run an online panel of its customers, called ‘Better Together’.
The deal includes the use of the Verve Engine community platform, and ongoing community management services and market research consultancy.
Orange Market Insight’s Anna Tozer said: “The panel will provide us with a direct dialogue with our customers and bring Orange a streamlined, cost-effective online research framework to inform better decision-making across the whole business.”
