Oracle adds to social capabilities with Involver

US— Business technology company Oracle has agreed a deal to buy Involver and its social media marketing campaign management platform, to add to Oracle’s existing social listening, analytics, marketing and sales technology offerings.

Involver CEO Don Beck (pictured) said: “We are extremely excited about the prospects of this combination and are continuing to work diligently on bringing innovative technology to market place.”

Oracle bought the social media monitoring platform Collective Intellect in June.
