OpinionRoute completes Jibunu integration
The agreement will see Jibunu’s technology integrated into OpinionRoute’s operations workflow system, as well as access to surveys with add-ons including gamification, AI chats, virtual shelves and healthcare patient charting.
OpinionRoute’s custom programming services will remain available within the Jibunu survey platform, and project recording tools have been added to OpinionRoute’s Navigator workflow platform.
All OpinionRoute clients can now access a full suite of data quality tools, including CleanID, ResponseID and QC Flow, in a single log-on environment as part of all full-service data collection projects.
The acquisition adds to OpinionRoute’s presence in the US, with Jibunu headquartered in Massachusetts. OpinionRoute has offices in Cleveland and Dallas in the US and Cork in the Republic of Ireland.
Kayla Cousineau, chief operating officer at OpinionRoute, said: “In today’s research ops world, speed and efficiency are necessary but cannot come at the cost of quality.
