One Minute to Midnight makes hires and promotions

UK – Insight consultancy One Minute to Midnight has promoted Charlie Richards to strategy director, with a seat on the board.

Richards (pictured) joined the agency from Tonic Insight New York in 2016 with experience in global insight work using a range of methodologies.

He will sit on the board along with co-founders Douglas Dunn and Paul Laver, and non-executive directors Justin Wright and Nick Pye of Mangrove Consulting.

In addition to Richards’ new role, the agency has also made Shelly Pestaina head of sizzle, leading its creative department. Kerstin Bickelmann joins from Sundance Brand Agents in a strategy role and graduate, George Maguire as an insight executive.

One Minute to Midnight is also a Best New Agency finalist in the MRS Research Live awards.
