Olson Zaltman expands advisory board

US – Consumer insights business Olson Zaltman has added three members to its board of advisers.

Jane Fuller (pictured left) has worked in insights and analytics for more than 20 years, and has founded her own consulting practice, Fuller Insight LLC.

Prior to Fuller Insight, Fuller led Elanco’s global insights and analytics division, headed insights and analytics for Coca-Cola’s US hydration portfolio, and worked in insights roles at Pfizer and Colgate-Palmolive Company.

Anne Thistleton (pictured centre) is the founder of Light Consulting, and has worked in marketing for more than 30 years across six continents.

Thistleton previously worked for Coca-Cola, where she led strategy for Coca-Cola Southern Africa.

Kumari Williams (pictured right) is the current global head of programmes and operations, belonging and diversity at Workday, and focuses on identifying ways to improve inclusion, belonging and equity.

Prior to joining Workday, Williams was senior director of global talent, management and diversity, equity and inclusion at Harman International.

Olson Zaltman is a US-based firm working in deep consumer insights, with 10 partner firms that license its qualitative ZMET methodology in Central America, South America, the Middle East, Asia and Europe.
