O2 picks Globalpark for internal feedback

UK— Mobile phone and broadband network O2 has signed up to use Globalpark’s survey platform for employee feedback.

O2 will use the tool to engage with its 5,000 employees and carry out surveys on a range of issues.

Vice president of corporate communications Roland Kuntze said: “Using Globalpark has given us a prime opportunity to fully connect with our internal audience, helping us understand the wishes and needs of our employees and giving us direction on important internal topics such as workplace performance, health and leadership.”

Globalpark CEO Lorenz Gräf (pictured) added: “In the current economic climate, it has never been so important for firms to ensure they are fully engaged with their internal audience.”
