UK — Customer experience management consultancy Nunwood has promoted head of analytics David Herron to insight director.
Herron joined Nunwood 18 months ago from Harris Interactive where he was head of marketing sciences, a role he also held when he was at Ipsos-MORI.
The company said his brief in the newly created role was to bring “vision and coherence” to the team to complete the finishing touches to the architecture of the six pillar measurement framework designed to move beyond net promoter score.
“I want to help create a holistic offering that forms a more meaningful information and analysis source through Nunwood’s 5M Transformational Model,” said Herron.
