BRAZIL — Insight community technologies provider Vision Critical has teamed up with Brazilian research company Nox4Think to sell its insight communities tool to clients and prospects in Brazil.
Nox4Think joins Vision Critical’s global partnership programme and will offer its Vision Critical Insight Communities to Brazilian businesses wanting use customer insights through online communities to inform business decisions.
“With almost 80m internet users in Brazil as of 2012, there is a phenomenal opportunity to leverage the possibilities surrounding customer online engagement for companies in the region,” said Richard Clarke, vice president of the Vision Critical Global Partner Program.
