Fuertes (pictured left) will be based in Zurich and will lead commercial growth across key market segments, including academia, large enterprises and market research agencies.

Prior to taking up his new post, Fuertes spent three years at Bilendi, where he helped to establish the company in Switzerland.

Before Bilendi, Fuertes spent more than 11 years at Lp Marktforschung in business development and project management roles.

At Norstat, Fuertes will be tasked with expanding its presence in Switzerland, including access to the Norstat Dashboards and Nortstat Express platforms, and also TestingTime, its self-service platform for recruiting test users and respondents for qualitative and quantitative research.

Dave Lieber (pictured right), managing director at Norstat Switzerland and TestingTime, commented: “Raúl is a fantastic addition to our business, and we’re delighted to have him. His local experience and client focus will help us strengthen our offering in Switzerland.

“TestingTime already has a well-established presence, and we will continue to build on that. We see substantial opportunities to expand our data collection methods in the region, and digital products like Norstat Dashboards and Norstat Express have real potential.”

Fuertes added: “I look forward to working with colleagues here to continue to build on our strong foundation, deepen partnerships with academia, enterprises and agencies, and make access to trustworthy quantitative and qualitative data even easier. Excited to get started.”
