Nielsen expands to Bolivia and Paraguay

CHILE — Nielsen has increased its coverage of Latin America to 19 countries, following its expansion to Bolivia and Paraguay.

The expansion will see nearly 17 million Latin American consumers added to the company’s coverage.

According to the announcement, Nielsen will carry out a research and audit process to understand the characteristics of both countries. It will initially enter the markets with retail measurement of non-alcoholic beverages, with a view to expanding into new industries and solutions in 2015.
