Nexxt Intelligence Inca launches survey insight tool

The tool, called Inca SmartInsight allows users to chat with their surveys using plain language and gain insight into the results.
Nexxt Intelligence Inca said the tool could perform tasks such as adjusting confidence levels automatically to sample size, tracing quotes back to the participant they came from and flagging any caveats to the results that need highlighting.
Inca SmartInsight can use research objectives to write full base reports covering key findings, supporting data, verbatims, watchouts and suggested follow-up questions.
Users can then ask natural follow-up questions to the tool, as well as using other Inca surveys to compare findings.
Kathy Cheng, chief executive and founder of Nexxt Intelligence Inca, said that “research teams shouldn’t have to choose between depth and rigour when it comes to analysis”, adding that the tool aims to make sure “every answer it gives holds up to the same scrutiny a human researcher would apply”.
