THE NETHERLANDS/SINGAPORE – Digital research agency MetrixLab has promoted Gayatri Srikant to managing director for Singapore.
Srikant (pictured) replaces Rob Valsler, who was recently promoted to the newly created role of regional managing director for AMEA.
She joined the company three years ago, most recently serving as senior client director. Her background includes roles at Millward Brown in Singapore and India, IMRB International in India, and client-side campaign marketing at HDFC Bank.
Valsler was appointed managing director of Singapore in late 2014, when MetrixLab launched in the region.
Both Srikant and Valsler will continue to be based in the Singapore office.
Thijs Elias, chief executive at MetrixLab, said: “Singapore and the AMEA region are significant growth areas for MetrixLab, and we’ve seen an explosion in the number and type of projects we carry out for our global clients here.
“Gayatri has made a positive impact on our and our clients’ business, and her promotion is truly deserved. With his proven commercial and management expertise, Rob is perfectly suited for the newly created role of regional managing director. I’m excited to see how they take the business forward together.”
Srikant’s appointment follows a recent raft of global leadership changes at the company.
