Solack will lead operational strategy and execution across the organisation, with a focus on boosting efficiency and strengthening the integration of data, technology and team performance.

Solack’s background spans 27 years in leading teams across operations, data and technology functions. He was most recently head of operations for the US at Human8.

“Jason brings a rare combination of operational leadership and deep technology expertise,” said Dan Wasserman, chief transformation officer at KJT. “His ability to align smart technology investments with our strategic vision will help us operate more efficiently, deliver greater value to our clients, and continue raising the bar for what our teams can achieve.”
