New hires at Beesy

US – Behavioural science insights agency Beesy has made three new appointments to its team.

The company has appointed Noor Kamal as senior data engineer. Kamal began her career in market research before obtaining an MS in data science. She has spent the past five years building machine learning systems and running custom analyses across healthcare, agriculture and marketing.

Brittany Puran has joined Beesy as senior research associate. She has previously focused on health and life sciences and has worked at GLG and Delineate.

Additionally, the company has appointed Heela Bangash as software engineer, to build technology that supports Beesy’s behavioural science research.

Elys Roberts, founder and chief executive, Beesy, said: “We are privileged to be able to hire so much exceptional talent ready to help us tackle the growing demand for behavioural insights in pharma. Welcoming Brittany brings us up to just about 30 behavioural scientists on staff now, and the addition of Noor and Heela means we’ve more than doubled our product development team this year.”
