New hire to lead Human8’s people and culture in the US
Based in Detroit, Pope (pictured) has a decade of experience in human resources and organisational development, having previously held leadership roles at Dutchie and Rapid Finance.
In her new role, she will focus on fostering engagement and leading culture initiatives across the company’s US teams. She will be responsible for workforce planning, career frameworks and talent reviews.
Pope’s background includes the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and launching leadership development programmes.
Headquartered in Ghent, Belgium, Human8 has its US headquarters in Detroit and remote staff working in other locations in the country.
The appointment of Pope follows the company’s hiring of Niels Neudecker as managing director for North America earlier this year.
Neudecker said: "Asha brings a powerful combination of empathy, strategic thinking and operational rigour. As we continue to scale our US presence and strengthen our culture, her leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping how we support our people, develop talent and build a workplace where everyone can thrive."
Els De Paepe, chief people officer at Human8, added: "Asha brings the kind of sharp thinking and people experience that will help us grow leaders, build stronger teams, support our employees and keep evolving how we show up as an organisation."
