Neurons Inc and Sands Research to merge

The two neuroscience firms will join to become Neurons Inc, and will be headquartered in the US.

“We are merging two companies that have demonstrated thought leadership and provided leading edge technology in the application of neuroscience in market research and product innovation,” said Thomas Ramsoy, chairman of Neurons Inc and Stephen Sands, chairman of Sands Research (pictured), in a joint statement.

Sands will serve as chairman of the corporation and Ramsoy will be CEO.
