UK— Mystery shopping and field marketing agency The Network has acquired Trinity Field Marketing for an undisclosed amount.
Trinity, which specialises in providing clients with sales and merchandising personnel, will keep operating under its own name and be “dropped in” to The Network, said director Sheila Lyons.
Lyon’s told Research that the entire Trinity Field Marketing team will move into The Network’s offices in Chiswick, barring previous owners Sally Anderson and Roy Knott who have retired. At The Network, Lyons will serve as business director for sales.
Jane Dyson (pictured), The Network’s managing director, said: “I’m delighted to announce this deal. Trinity will both strengthen our existing service offer and open up new markets for us.”
