MSR Group appoints Murphy as a VP
Murphy joins from the banking sector where she was most recently vice-president, Omaha area manager for Bank of the West and will be responsible for leading and managing the firm’s efforts to build client relationships and develop new business opportunities for MSR Group’s customer satisfaction measurement program APECS.
In a statement, the company said the hire supported “the firm’s growth initiatives and brings an experienced financial services veteran to the team”.
