M&S research manager joins Shoppercentric

UK— Shoppercentric, a shopper behaviour research agency, has appointed Susie Spencer as a director, having previously worked at retailer Marks & Spencer as senior research manager for customer insight.

Spencer spent 10 years at M&S. Prior to that she had a spell on the agencyside with Millward Brown, where she managed a variety of qual and quant studies for UK and international clients.

Shoppercentric MD Danielle Pinnington said: “Susie has worked across all areas of the retail spectrum, from marketing and retail to buying and merchandising, delivering fresh, actionable and commercially relevant insight into senior leadership teams.

“In short, she’ll be a great asset to the business.”
