UK — Insight and branding agency Morar has named its former head of consulting, Julian Dailly, as its new managing director.
Dailly will lead the agency in its continued expansion, having grown by 45% this year. He has run the consulting team for the last 18 months.
Co-founders of the business, Roger Perowne and Alistair Cunningham, take on the roles of chief executive and head of technology respectively. Morar’s former finance director, Paul Bath, has been named chief operating officer.
“Julian has done an exceptional job in shaping how we help our clients," said Perowne. "His knowledge of how to make brands more successful and his inspirational leadership have been a winning combination.
"I am proud to hand the day-to-day running of the business over to him.”
